Ingredients:
2 14oz cans artichoke hearts, drained
1 8oz block cream cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
Cayenne pepper, to taste
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
dash of salt
ground black pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Add one can of the artichokes, cream cheese and mayonnaise to bowl of food processor. Sprinkle in cayenne pepper. Pulse the mixture 6-7 times. Don\’t liquefy, just let artichokes get chopped up and mixed with other ingredients.
Mix in parmesan and salt/pepper to tase.
Roughly chop artichokes from the other can into bite size pieces. Add the artichoke pieces to the dip and stir together.
Pour the mixture into an oven-safe dish and bake for 15-20 mins until heated and bubbly. Serve with crackers or chips.
Notes:
Can also be used as a sandwich spread for paninis!
